He's a country legend.
He has stroke.
And I believe it was 2008, 2009.
He can't sing the way that he used to sing, but he can still write.
He went in the studio maybe a year or two years ago and had this demo from, I believe it was the nineties.
I'm paraphrasing.
But he had this demo.
They had a demo singer in Nashville come in and kind of sing in the way that Randy would sing.
And then they AI'd his voice to make him sound like a younger Randy Travis.
And Randy was completely cognizant and aware of like what the song needed to sound like.
He was in the session.
just wasn't feasibly able to hit the notes.
But because of that engine, whatever they use to make his voice sound like him, he heard his idea come to life.
That's a good way, in my opinion, good way of using AI.
My advice would be to, you know, if you're an artist, walk in like you're an artist.
You can like come in with a little vibe, wear your sunglasses, do your thing, but never act like you're better than the people that are in the room.
Just because I've had a certain amount of success and I walk into a room with people who are just getting started or might not even have had success yet.
I'm never going to talk to them like they're beneath me because we all have the same goal.
Music does not play favors.
We're all here to make a song.
