If you wash dishes or you swing a hammer, clean carpets or you do what I used to do or what many people used to do, work at McDonald's.
Once you punch out, like you literally punch out, and then you go home.
Now, it's a small apartment, and you're on a futon, and you have some roommates, but you're done.
And I didn't go home from McDonald's and think about how to construct a better burger.
I was done.
And when I was done, you know, construction was 3.30, Friday, done.
Like Fred Flintstone, down the dinosaur's tail, and pow, off to the drive-in theater.

like sat around on a Saturday ruminating about Joyce hangers or Tico clips.
I was just done.
Yeah.
And I would work some odd jobs on weekends and things like that.
But I mean, it wasn't I don't have my head wasn't filled with thoughts of what what about.
Yeah.
And so the thing about comedy.
And I guess you could say the same thing about comedy.
what Mark Argus does, you never really get to punch out.
You can take your dog for a walk, but you're going to be thinking about the case, thinking about the special, thinking about cutting the shandling dock.
You know, you never really have that escape per se.
