He's got the power to prioritize how we do spending.

It's why we make sure our interest is covered.

We're not going to default on our debt.

Social security payments get done.

They're moving money around to pay our troops because that's what a responsible OMB director should do when irresponsible Democrats have shut down.

But the key issue here, to answer your question, Steve, are Senate Republicans.

Will Senate Republicans continue to stand in the way of Russ being able to do more work

removing these bureaucrats, riffing all of these statists to advance this woke agenda that was weaponized against the American people.

And for example, I mean, just today, you had a situation where you had a Senate Republican who was trying to work with a Democrat, Mark Warner, on the CDFI fund, which is one of these funds that was just dramatically woke.

DEI, critical race theory, it was being used for gender ideology, it was being used for illegal immigration.

And Russ, on behalf of the president, the administration, you know, whacked that funding and and ripped people and pulled back funding from it.

Yet you've got some Senate Republicans who are going, oh, we can't do that.

We need this really valuable program, even though it was a corrupt, woke, weaponized program.

So if Senate Republicans will stay out of the way, then they can keep doing their job.

And again, they're going to keep all of the services necessary that are constitutional, that are appropriate for people.

They rely on Social Security checks.

Our military needs to get paid.

They're going to do it responsibly.
