A lady who was on our podcast a while back, a behavioral psychologist called Sarah Newcomb, and she talked about, I can't remember the phrase she used, but the big event.
We all have a big event in our life.
And we think of our life in terms of before that big event and after that big event.
It might be two, maybe three, but usually there is one that we would, when pushed, say that that is the one that defined me, who I am.
And we can kind of get into the subject of money stories and stories we tell about ourselves in that.
And sometimes those stories that we tell as a result of our experiences are helpful.
They make us who we are.
