And he just kept saying, yeah, but I just want my hands on the money.
It is your money.
It's in your pension, right?
So lots of people have those sorts of hang-ups around different types of money, and they are a type of self-limiting belief.
But the sort of self-limiting beliefs that I'm talking about are more about your behaviours.
The fact that we could talk about spending, for example, spending habits.
I'm fed up, so I'll buy something to make me feel better.
That's a belief.
Well, if you can afford that.
Great.
But if you can't afford that, that's going to actually cause you a problem and is therefore a self-limiting belief.
So I'd want to ask...
I'd be interested to know with those people, what is it that makes them think that the thing that they're buying is going to give them well-being?
I'd like to explore that with them.
I'm not a psychologist or a therapist, so I'm not going to get too deep into this, but a lot of that will go back a long, long way.
