Yeah, but at this point, I feel like the worry or concern around Giannis' body makes that
somehow less attractive and exciting than it would have been four months ago, a year ago, a year and a half ago.
There's something about that that feels like it's going to somehow be anti-climax, even if they do get him.
And now what you have that you did not have at the trade deadline is now Boston's really in the game for Giannis.
And they have pieces that can take Giannis that Miami doesn't have, which is problematic when you have that happening inside of the conference.
When you think you have the best hand and then somebody all of a sudden comes to the table and they've got a better hand, you're looking around saying, all right, well, are the couple of picks, maybe Tyler Hero, maybe Jovich, maybe somebody better than a Jalen Brown package or picks from Atlanta?
You were hoping to get better.
or at least have a better stockpile of assets to go pursue a championship piece such as Giannis.
Yeah, this is a tradable pick, and you wanted something that would probably give you a few more options.
But also, I look at the other teams that are ahead of them in the draft lottery.
They all got better hands in the Miami Heat.
They all improved their chances at getting those same type of superstars, too.
I mean, you look at the lay of the land.
