And you go, wow, I wonder what's going on over there.

And you realize, nothing.

I saw three guys.

Let me tell you the greatest industry in Atlanta, Georgia, when it comes to roads like that.

It's the guy who has the deal to rent out all those big, orangey-striped baskets that sit on the road with orangey cones that sit on the road, and all they do is move them around.

But every month, the check must come in because there are 7,000 of them on that highway.

7,000 buckets and cones, and somebody's got that deal.

That is the smartest person in the Southeast.

You know what it's like when you join Bally's with your fitness club, and you pay $5.99 in 1982, and you never canceled, yet they keep taking your $5.99?

That guy who's got that business is the richest man that nobody knows about in this state.
