I love the the concept of like defining success and not just every possible form, because it really does get out of hand.
I mean, I've had this so many times where it's like if I ahead of time think, what do I actually care about?
What do I care about on this project?
It's much easier to then go in to a job or a project or anything that I'm doing and say like, OK, this is what I'm in for.
And it's nice if the other stuff happens.
It's not like I don't like the other stuff, but but my goal is this one thing.
