They played an unbelievable third quarter.

I mean, it's when you look at the scores, you go, you know, we lost the first quarter by six, and even second quarter, we win the last quarter, but we lose the third quarter by 83 points.

We got smashed everywhere, like at the contest, ball movement.

We couldn't stop it.

They just controlled the game, unfortunately, and...

To be truthful, our third quarters have been a problem to us for the last three weeks.

We need to have a talk to the group and work out what's happening there.

We tried putting the player behind the ball, we tried a whole lot of things, but when you can't win the footy and you can't get possession of it, this game's pretty hard to play.

So, yeah, I wasn't expecting that Michael would resign this week.

Personally, I find him a fantastic bloke.

He's obviously a legend of our football club.

If you talk about the Brisbane Lions, there's two names that are the legends of the Brisbane Lions in my eyes, and that's Lee Matthews and Michael Voss, for all that they did back in the 2000s.

And I wanted him to do well with his coaching.

And I always get disappointed when I see coaches either walk away or be sacked.

And I don't know what it was in this instance.

But just wish him all the best and hope he's not lost a footy.

And he's always welcome at our club.
