So he had me lay on a bench press bench and do a couple of movements. And after about 30 seconds, he was like, I genuinely have never seen anything like this before in my life. And I was like, well, what does that mean? And he said, your body has found a way to bypass your abdomen in terms of stabilization muscles. It's activated, but nowhere near as much as it should be. And I was like, really?
