I was spanked on a few occasions as a child, and I don't necessarily think that it was abuse. I don't think that spanking necessarily does qualify as abuse if there's a good reason for it. On the other hand, I'm not an autistic child with a chromosome disorder. I knew why I was being punished. I mean, yeah, I would say Sebastian didn't. The explanation Chris gave didn't even make sense.

He said he whipped Sebastian with a belt for not wearing a belt. Did Sebastian need to wear a belt or did his pants fit without one? Like, I'm sorry, but you being like, no, it is proper class to wear a belt. And because you didn't, I'm going to hit you.

um yeah no i guess it is apparently legal in tennessee like i guess there's not like a there's rules against unnecessary use of force or over the top use of force but it doesn't seem there's any like litig uh not litigation um any uh law about what specifically is allowed Fair. I read somewhere that like a single open-handed slap to the rear with clothes on is, is what's allowed.

It's usually what the police have released to the public. I'd say it's one of two things, either a lack of coverage or a lack of transparency. if nobody has covered the story, it's almost impossible for me to learn anything about it unless I can track down people and interview them, which is hard. And I simply don't have time, uh, as well.

I'll have an issue where like, I, I mean, for example, with JonBenet Ramsey, there is this, uh, this bloodstain that has, uh, unknown male DNA on it that matches the unknown male DNA from the waistband of the long Johns, uh, But as I understand it, that DNA was not found between the bloodstains, just in them. So, the problem is, a whole bunch of other DNA tests are publicly available.

You can get them on Reddit. The bloodstains are not. Um... I've looked through everything. I've yet to see any like firsthand, see anything saying that this unidentified male is a perfect match. Like I have not seen the, the bloodstain from the panties, the DNA they found there compared to the DNA on the waistband.

I've seen the markers compared side by side from one side of the waistband to the other. but not the bloodstain. So, um, a lot of people were like, well, why won't the police release the bloodstain to the public? And I'm like, I don't know. Maybe the Ramseys won't let them. And of course they're like, you know, why John Ramsey keeps talking about testing it. And I'm like,
