he's been to court and he was told he needed to take parenting classes uh he admitted on two occasions at least that uh he hit sebastian with a belt and cps was called and in one at one point he said it only happened once and then at another point he referenced another time it had happened so clearly it happened more than once yep um also i mean like listen i understand corporal punishment is something that people have varying opinions on and uh you know

I was spanked on a few occasions as a child, and I don't necessarily think that it was abuse. I don't think that spanking necessarily does qualify as abuse if there's a good reason for it. On the other hand, I'm not an autistic child with a chromosome disorder. I knew why I was being punished. I mean, yeah, I would say Sebastian didn't. um yeah no i guess it is apparently legal in tennessee like i guess there's not like a there's rules against unnecessary use of force or over the top use of force but it doesn't seem there's any like litig uh not litigation um any uh law about what specifically is allowed Fair. I read somewhere that like a single open-handed slap to the rear with clothes on is, is what's allowed.

I'd say it's one of two things, either a lack of coverage or a lack of transparency. if nobody has covered the story, it's almost impossible for me to learn anything about it unless I can track down people and interview them, which is hard. So, the problem is, a whole bunch of other DNA tests are publicly available.

So, um, a lot of people were like, well, why won't the police release the bloodstain to the public? And I'm like, I don't know. Maybe the Ramseys won't let them.
