First of all, I love the idea of creating competition and making sure we get the best possible offer.

And I like the idea of looping the team in on the early side.

I think it's the right thing to do.

Like you say, I think it's going to be a really good opportunity for everyone.

And it'll calm a lot of fears, making sure that they know and feel like they're part of the process.

So yeah, I think that probably is a good time to involve the team.
