I really like the idea of Sergeant seeing it from the perspective of how to avoid breaking a bone.
And first of all, you build the strength of your bones through exercise.
exercise against gravity and she nicely divided that from like a squat would be the entry level then walking then jogging skipping and then through to basketball which i found very helpful because i'm someone who does lots of exercise but not against gravity i'm just on my exercise bike if our listeners are enthusiastic swimmers or cyclists that's great but going for a little jog doing some walking doing some weights that's also really important
