And like, I've learned all this because of my life experience.
Research is me such, as they say.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And so, yeah, we've done smatterings of things, but we decided to actually put something down.
And I'd say the number one thing you have to do to kind of come back from an argument is number one, ownership.
You need to own what you said or own what you did.
It's the element of, I did that.
I said this.
Not trying to, look, I did this because you did.
That gets no points, zero score.
That doesn't help you at all when you start to, well, if you hadn't have said this, I wouldn't have, like that's toxic and that's no good.
If it's a full, you got to take it on the chin, ownership.
Hey, what I said,
Not cool.
What I said, I own that.
I did say this and it's a true apology.
And then you have to, to go into this element of acknowledgement and affirmation, meaning.
I can only imagine that that made you feel hurt, that made you feel upset, that made you feel less than, that made you question my feelings, whatever it is.
You have to kind of feel the feelings from their perspective of what you would assume.
