I think my work ethic and my ability to withstand the ups and downs of life I got from my mother.
I married a man who was a juvenile diabetic who then had health problems his whole life.
And I had to take him through his last days because he died in 2014.
He was 69 years old.
That's a long time to live with diabetes.
But, you know, living through my brother's death.
And, you know, you learn from people close to you how to deal with tragedy.
So she had a lot.
