He's not been this pragmatic in Texas, but he's willing to be this pragmatic.
I wasn't willing to be this pragmatic in North Carolina, but he was willing to be this pragmatic in Maine.
Perhaps they realized she is the only candidate.
That can remotely have a chance at winning.
I'm pretty pessimistic about her chances because she is entering this campaign with the with with sort of the she's acquiring the same problem that Mitch McConnell and and Chuck Schumer have are both experiencing in poll numbers to this day.
And that is the base of her own party is not happy with her and the base of the other party is very angry with her.
Right.
Mitch McConnell's numbers are extraordinarily low or were extraordinarily low because he simultaneously had the entire Democratic Party hating him and
The Trump wing of the Republican Party not liking him.
So it made his negatives look even worse.
Chuck Schumer is starting to experience that where the base of the Democratic Party is no fan of Chuck Schumer these days.
And they are more likely to rate him negatively than positively.
And of course, the entire Republican Party is pretty anti Schumer.
So it in some ways makes his numbers look worse.
And that's the situation.
That that I wonder while she's I don't think Susan Collins has got the super negatives on the right.
She does so on the left.
And this is the first time where I don't think she starts.
You know, she starts easily with the lowest personal favorable rating that she's ever had in trying to seek reelection.
So I think this is an uphill battle for her.
