Yeah, that is, I guess, one of the reasons government are proposing this.

John, are you in favour of relaxing the planning laws?
But John, on foot of that survey, I mean, what's your own view?
I mean, you drive through parts of Connemara and you've got, you know, you've got ribbon developments a million miles from anywhere, really, a lot of them.
You know, there'd be individual bungalows along the road.
And then what about the idea that you should be concentrating all of those houses...
around, not necessarily, I'm not talking about like make everyone move to Galway.
I'm saying, you know, you find the local village and that's where everyone in the future should be building houses within a few hundred metres of it.
They're not necessarily red herrings, are they?
Like, you know, I'm not saying you're wrong or anybody else of you is wrong, but it's not a red herring to say it's more expensive to service a dispersed population than a concentrated population.
