So last summer, my friends and I were bar hopping as young toasters do, and I may or may not have had one too many, ended up making out with an older gentleman.

In my defense, he didn't look that old, but it was captured on video, and it's just like a funny inside joke for the past year.

Fast forward last week, my mom goes and talks about this new man she's seeing and how she's so happy that they met through one of her co-workers at her new job.

Seriously, end the show.

My parents have been divorced for the past six years.

This is the first time where I've actually seen my mom dating.

She's so excited and happy, and I'm so excited for her to be so happy.

Where this all goes wrong is I walked down the stairs last night and guess who the hell is opening a bottle of wine next to my mother but the same man that I kissed at a bar last summer.
