So maybe this person works with someone who's a little bit younger.
But yeah, that surprised me a little bit.
I don't think there should be any problem with being a little bit emoji-less in your messages or exclamation mark-less.
Personally, a lot of people who I've worked with send messages just like that and I have no problem with them.
If anything, if I do have a problem, that's my thing to fix, not their tone to fix and not their problem to add more emojis and punctuation.
If I feel like they're being blunt, I just need to grow up and suck it up because sometimes...
People don't have time to be writing long Slack messages with a bunch of emojis.
You know, sometimes people just send something that they want to get done and that's fine.
All right, guys, I hope you guys enjoyed this episode.
Some of these stories are quite juicy.
Let me know in the comments what you guys thought and whether or not you guys think some of these people were the problem or if the people that they're writing about are the problem.
I always love to get your guys' opinions.
And because today is a solo episode, I didn't have anyone else to bounce off from.
So let me know if you guys think...
you know similarly to me or if you guys think completely opposite to me it's super interesting to always hear other people's perspectives but this is actually very fun so i might do another one soon um but yeah bye bye for now and see you guys next monday
You're listening to Clocking Off With Clouds, your cozy corner of the internet where we talk careers, personal growth, and real life.
Even though I'm feeling pretty happy and cheerful today, this episode is probably not as positive because we're going to talk about all the things I stopped doing.
which drastically improved the quality of my life.
To be fair, it's not really a negative episode, but we are emphasizing on things that I stopped doing.
And in general, I think it's to everyone's benefit to cut off these habits from your life.
