I mean, I'm not your mother, so I'm not going to sit here and tell you what and what not to do.
But from personal experience, cutting off these habits has helped me become a richer, smarter, hotter,
healthier, happier, and I feel like don't we all want to be these things?
In general, if you want to improve the quality of your life, if you want to be a happier person, and when it comes to me and when it comes to most of us, it all comes down to happiness, right?
If you want to be a happier person and if you want to thrive this year, if you want to thrive in your life moving forward, I highly recommend cutting off some of these habits from your life.
Habit number one, and I feel like I might come across a bit insensitive by saying this, but I stopped complaining.
Now, obviously, I am not 100% this happy-go-lucky person that never sees any evil and never sees any bad things in life.
Obviously, there are moments where I complain.
And obviously, there are moments where everyone complains.
And that's fine.
And that's normal.
But I really try to reduce complaining, especially when it's actually affecting my mood.
Complain in a humorous, funny way.
That is one thing.
But complaining about things that are actually...
affecting how i feel and complaining about things that are actually upsetting me is something i do very very very seldomly because i just don't want to waste my energy on things that drain me and complaining is something that is so so draining and i get it sometimes life sucks and sometimes things happen which are really unpleasant
And I am not sitting here to tell you to just smile through the pain.
That is what I'm saying.
I don't want you to mask something that is really affecting you.
What I mean is to, as much as you can, try to let things roll off your back like a duck.
