Building resilience isn't something that comes and goes with your mood. It's your intention and becomes a part of you. Nothing can stop you when that happens. Okay. Six, at 23, I worried what people thought of me. At 43, I realized they weren't even thinking about me. At 73, I really don't care that much about what people do think of me.
