We started tracking this years ago, our live answer rate. So many people go to a voicemail. Of course. Or I'm in an appointment and there's no one as backup.

We're probably around 50 percentile, if I had to guess, in live rate when we first tracked this. And we're like, what if we improve this? What would it do to our metrics? Yeah. We started improving it. And once we started tracking it, because once what you measure grows, right?
