And you're at the jazz bars and I'm spinning, you know, and you're at a, and I was just like, I want to like,
my head i was just living that and i was like i need to write because because my producer had i'd come in and he's like check this out and he'd like kind of had that beat going and i was just sitting there like doing this and i started humming the melody and i was just like you know and i was just like that's exactly what it needs to be i need to write the most the happiest story story and i'd wanted to write a song called baby blue for some time
Like, I like it as like a, I think it's like a, you know, I like it as like a pet name for somebody.
And I was just, it's also my favorite color.
It's like, how can I work this in?
It just kind of like fell out of me.
Yeah, a guitar riff or a chord progression and we kind of build a piece of music out or like, you know, enough to kind of start to,
I love, my favorite thing ever to do is write melodies and arrange melodies in the studio.
And then like I let that inform what the lyrics are going to be.
I often write a verse or a little poem or something that I turn into something.
But more often than not, it's I let the music inform what it is.
And then I'm humming gibberish and stuff.
And I'll record the entire song.
