What are you grateful for today?
I did like a gratitude meditation.
10 minutes, woke up just going, sounds corny, but it works for me.
You know, just like I had this little mantra that I've been using all year where it goes, I'm at peace with where I am and excited about where I'm going.
And I say it until I get goosebumps.
And I'm going and it just makes me go, you know what?
And you start to really believe it.
But this morning I was just, I went for a walk with my mom on Bondi and I was really grateful for that because I live overseas now and I don't get to see her as much.
And I was like trying to be present, you know, because it's hard if you have a lot of things coming at you and texts and emails and stuff and you go, no, you need to make an effort to like go, you know, I need to be present because, you know, our time is limited and time with the people we love is limited and you don't know how limited it is, you know.
We could have the next 50 years together.
