And Jarrah Witts is far and away the leader at
63 or something or other, you ain't going to get this.
Yeah, the first one was Bill Winley, who was a member of the first ever South Melbourne side.
He played, had won three flags in the VFA.
And so he played, he got to 100 in 1905.
His games record for South was the club record until Michael Lachlan, 102 years later,
and then worked on the Argus in a sports reporting role for many, many, many years.
One of the greats of the game.
Teddy Rankin and Henry Young at Geelong were both in 1909.
