Together, Jessica, her father Jesus, and her twin sister Maria drove to the Arapaho County Police Department and filled out a criminal complaint and protective order. And sadly, this wasn't the first time they had done this. Her family had filed separate protective orders against Joseph in the past, specifically for his violent behavior and threats.
