That same year, Lorene Bible had received a tip from a truck driver who said that he knew a guy who admitted to abducting Laura and Ashley. The man that allegedly confessed to the kidnapping was named Paul Glover, and he was a known meth cook in Ottawa County.

But through the grapevine, word got around that Paul Glover had taken the girls, drugged them, sexually assaulted them, took Polaroid photos of the abuse, and then passed them on to the next group of junkies. So once again, investigators obtained a search warrant of the property. And this time around, Lorene and J. Bible were hopeful.

After all these leads that led nowhere, they were hoping that this one would give them answers. They even waited on the outskirts of the property while investigators searched it. But once again, they were left disappointed. The search did not turn up any evidence, and Paul Glover was cleared as a suspect.
