And then obviously there's the family support and education of people around you understanding.
And again, sorry, just that's a really important part is I've been so blessed that I've had colleagues and bosses and people who said, Coleman, you're really good at this.
So do more of this and do less of that.
And the biggest thing for me has been able to
make choices in my life that played to my strengths and didn't.
And I've done the manager stint in jobs.
And people, their overtime sheets weren't filled in and all that sort of stuff.
I need to maybe get out of that.
You can get time blind, certainly in hyper focus.
So you don't see the time going.
And again, there's a cost of that on your personal relationships.
If somebody depends on you to remember and you keep forgetting, if somebody wants you to attend to them, but you're hyper focusing on something else and you forget to do that or you don't do it.
your friendships and your relationships, you need people who are patient around you to be able to tolerate that, because sometimes it can feel that you are indifferent to them or you don't care about them or you don't care enough to remember or whatever that might be.
And so I think that's probably something that's less talked about in terms of its impact on your relationships.
