Stan, I do think it is, it must be frustrating, especially for you guys that, that see, you know, the, the need out there for better, better health education, better understanding of,
of, you know, certain things that do make a huge impact.
And, and it must just, you must scratch your head sometimes and think, well, why don't we just as a society come together and take care of this before something, you know, before having to be reactionary.
I, I just feel like you tell me, you guys would know better.
I just feel like it's political will, it's community will.
And, you know, we know these things ahead of time, but a lot of times it does take something horrific to happen for us to respond and,
and I don't know how to say it any other way, take advantage of a situation to actually do good because of it.
Unfortunately, that's where we're at, that things being in a state or a federal budget are hard to come by without being reactionary, I feel like.
We know the answers to questions that are coming down the pipeline, but we don't ask that question until something terrible happens.
Yeah, I think that's definitely a work in progress and figuring that out.
I mean, we didn't anticipate from the get-go doing anything beyond our community and then quickly realized that
When a politician starts to get involved and we get larger organizations that add their two cents to it and validate the idea that our goal is to really make as much impact on the lives of children as possible.
And the more that there's energy poured into that on a larger scale outside of our community,
We're interested in, you know, dumping that fuel on the fire as much as we can.
So I think that, I mean, the truth is that that's a work in progress.
But the fact that it's already kind of off to the races on a state level makes us understand that there is no mountain too big for us to climb as long as we can have the right partners along the way.
