So there was these kind of little nuggets of things every so often.
Seeing it was working.
It's kind of the reason why... Because at the time, I could have done just about whatever I wanted with Bamboo, and it's one of the things a lot of people have asked, like, why didn't you rebrand it?
Because I wanted the brand to be seen as a success as opposed to a failure for all of us.
But also, I knew that, if I'm honest, from a selfish point of view, I knew that enough people in Dublin knew about the story that if it had a happy ending, I would...
i want to say get the credit but i would get recognized for putting in that you turned it around turn it around essentially and that i'm capable i'm resilient i'm kind of the key ingredients you need that when i want to do my thing you're building your reputation essentially yeah it's a lot of patience though to to take reputation over money and with no guarantee of an outcome yeah i think money's interesting right i think like
Especially if you're working in sales and you're good at it, you can earn money, right?
But it's, yeah, it's, I was obsessed with the mission, essentially, as well.
So where did it go?
So I took it over about, I think it's about 20 months after they got approached by a company in the UK.
for it to be acquired, acquired essentially, if I'm honest.
And at that point, I had kind of, was at the point where I felt like the mission was finished.
So I didn't really, I wanted to go do my own thing as opposed to, me and Glenn had met years before, my co-founder in Bear Space, and it was constantly in the back of my head that someone should do this.
Like,
So, yeah, at the time, they kind of got acquired or acquired, as I said, to a company in the UK.
And it's still alive today.
Still out there, still operating.
Yeah, it was unwell.
But I think it's in regards to.
I think everyone just ran out of energy with it to be honest with you.
