I'm like a sponge.
If you take me into an environment where I can learn, I really thrive.
And I wasn't in a rush to move through the gears from the ego perspective to be able to get a little bump in salary.
I wanted to learn each step of the process.
And that's kind of what Click allowed me to do.

I think we've kind of been taken to a point where you're chasing instant dopamine.
I think like you look at TikTok, like I have...
two sons and a daughter, but I have, like, my eldest son is 11.
And I asked him a couple of months ago, like, what do you want to be when you grow up?
He said, influencer.
I would imagine nowadays, that's a common answer.
Because that's, for me, like, we're doing something terribly wrong.
I think it's an interesting point on apprenticeships, and it's something I've talked deeply about.
If you look at
I'm talking off the top of my head.
I've done the research, but it's a good while ago.
But if you look at when apprenticeships were like formally introduced, I think it was like the mid seventies in Ireland and they basically haven't changed since.
So like a four year apprenticeship to be a plumber, could you do it in two?
Could you do it in 18 months?
