And it seems like he's doing a lot better than Donald Trump and has certainly more moral high ground than Donald Trump.

He is someone that a lot of Trump's voters tune into all of the time.
He's someone who is jockeying to lead the MAGA movement when Trump eventually steps away for whatever reason.

Donald Trump's Republican Party.
And for Tucker Carlson to go after Donald Trump in this way and to declare shame and to ask the president, how dare you engage in this way, is remarkable.
Now, Tucker Carlson is very much trying to carve a specific angle of the MAGA movement for himself.
He is the most Israel-critical voice in the MAGA movement.
He is someone who has been willing to differ in policy from Trump while, of course, deferring
to Trump.
He's walking a fine line there.
But this is a message that a lot of Trump's supporters are hearing.
And this is a message that they're hearing as they are making a very important decision about how much legislative support to give to Donald Trump.
We saw just today the ratings for four critical Senate races in this year's midterm elections move towards the Democrats.
You've seen gubernatorial elections move towards the Democrats largely on how unpopular Donald Trump is.
This is, I think, yet another moment where Donald Trump assumes that he has sort of unrelenting control of the Republican Party, of the people who've come out to vote for him for president.
And what we're finding out is he is shedding that support quite quickly.
