So once you have that kind of trust, and once you know lads are...
they're open and they're willing to kind of go and talk about these things, then that's half the battle done.
Because they love talking about the goals and the points, but it's when you get into the stories about, as I said, how they got there, the journey to get there from their own personal life, that's when you realise how special they are.
It's not always the ones that have won everything either that are going to be the ones who have...
who are willing to sit down and tell their journey to get there.
And sometimes it's the lads who haven't gotten there who will even, you know, there's so much heartache and they kind of want to maybe, I suppose, maybe almost give a little bit back, tell you why they didn't get there.
So, yeah, it's maybe cathartic for them in a way sometimes, but we're just so lucky that they're willing to do that.
That's the most important part.
And, you know, they have a bit of trust in us to tell their story.
