The Trump administration's put together a 15-point ceasefire plan for Iran.

This was first reported by The New York Times and Israel's Channel 12, which published a summary.

NPR has not seen the plan, but has learned some changes have been made to that early version of the plan.

Meanwhile, paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division are preparing to deploy to the Mideast.

This could signal an escalation and possible use of ground troops in the war.
