He told investigators that he did have sex with Colleen that night, but according to him, it was consensual, which was obviously a lie. So on April 21st, 1992, Hank Worley was arrested. Although Hank didn't murder Colleen himself, he was definitely a part of this crime.

And that's when they saw that he had been arrested and fingerprinted on April 10th for soliciting a sex worker. Immediately, Kansas City Sergeant J.D. Johnson called Bell County, Texas. He then faxed over Richard's fingerprints for comparison. And what do you know? They determined that Richard Dale Fowler and Kenneth Allen McDuff were the same person.
