And that's when they saw that he had been arrested and fingerprinted on April 10th for soliciting a sex worker. Immediately, Kansas City Sergeant J.D. Johnson called Bell County, Texas. He then faxed over Richard's fingerprints for comparison. And what do you know? They determined that Richard Dale Fowler and Kenneth Allen McDuff were the same person.

They quickly tracked down the truck's route and at 1.32 PM on May 4th, the team of officers finally found the truck. And within seconds, it was surrounded.

They quickly tracked down the truck's route and at 1.32 PM on May 4th, the team of officers finally found the truck. And within seconds, it was surrounded.

Luckily, after only four hours, they had reached their verdict. Kenneth McDuff was found guilty for murdering Melissa Northrup. There was a sigh of relief throughout the courtroom.
