What is your exact coaching style?

How do you go and talk to these players?

And you realize, I mean, knowing that you grew up with this organization and the fan base, that that is going to resonate very strongly with this White Sox fan base.

Like, I already saw when you were officially announced, you know, kind of doing my research on Twitter, that a loud contingency of Sox fans are like, this guy's going to fit in just fine with this group.

Like, you kind of get that feel from your vibe and just sort of what you're already presenting yourself to the fan base that this is going to be a good fit.

Yeah.

That's good.

It's good on you on that part.

So Ryan Fuller, who came over last year as well, he is the hitting instructor.

He's worked very closely with Colson Montgomery and worked with him a little bit earlier this past season in the minors and in Arizona.

And then, obviously, Colson came up and really became –

you know, a 20 plus home run guy in a very short amount of time.

How much interaction have you had with Ryan Fuller at this point?

that came about, not just with Colson Montgomery, but other Sox hitters as well.

And that sort of leads into my next question.

As a new hitting coach and coming into a new group of guys, who are you looking forward to working with the most?

So you came from the Miami Marlins.
