So get a good air filter. Make sure that it's a good one. Um, and hopefully you can invest in one that will last you a long time. Um, air or sorry, water filter is also a really good one. Water quality is a huge one that we need to be worried about. There's so much of pesticides are getting in there, heavy metals, pharmaceutical drugs, everything.

If you can't afford a sauna, draw a really hot bath. Put Epsom salts in there. Make it to where you're going to get a good sweat and do that a couple times a week. Or honestly, just exercise every day.

Because it gets your lymphatic system moving. Your lymphatic system is like the sewage system of your body. It's going to sweat out. You're going to sweat out all the toxins, get them out. So just moving your body and sweating as much as you can, just making sure that you can get rid of all that stuff that we're being exposed to.

Exactly. Exactly. I think people think that I like live in a bubble and I obsess about this. I honestly like some of my friends are shocked at how chill I am about it. I think it's just because it's become such a part of my life. Like I filter my water. I eat organic food. Like I have these little habits in place that I've been doing for so long. And then I just try not to worry about it.
