They'll sell those rights and then that audio book producer and publisher will come out with the audio book as a follow on to the print book.
It was extremely important to me that we do that in reverse.
So I worked with my publisher.
They gave the audiobook rights to the foundation.
The audiobook is actually owned by the International Blind Ice Hockey Foundation.
And we worked really hard to get the audiobook out before the print version so that the accessible version of it that is for the community that I care about the most is out there.
And so I hired an actor.
to read the book for me.
You mentioned his name earlier, Reagan Wilson.
I've known him since the mid-90s when we were cadets together at the U.S.
Air Force Academy.
He's now a successful actor, and he was gracious enough to agree to do the narration.

I think it came out great.
Even if I was able to read perfectly, I would still probably say Reagan would have done a better job.
So
I hope that what the blind community finds, and for those that are involved with the blind community that are cited, is that we've put a product out there in this audiobook that our community can be proud of.

Well, I work in tech and I'm pretty familiar with what AI can and can't do well.
I created a little sample of my own voice trying to read the narrative and I think it would have been okay, but I've listened to probably 400 audio books at this time.
