scrolling nonstop on social media, looking at constant inputs from the news that are disruptive to our minds.
It seems like they're counterproductive.
And so when I look at the world today that leaders live in, objectively, or at least my opinion, it seems like there are more negative inputs that are creating less resilient leaders, creating more stress, more anxiety.
And I think there's something in the system that's
possibly unhealthy.
Can you comment on that?
Am I right?
Am I crazy?
Are there external factors making it more difficult that we can change and manage?
I know I'm asking kind of a complicated question, but it seems like there are forces working against us that we might need to fight back against.
