Entertainer Craig McLaughlin is free to reclaim his role as the star of the stage and screen after being acquitted of indecently assaulting four of his female co-stars.

A magistrate said she believed his accusers, but it wasn't enough to find the actor guilty.

There was a denial that his holding C1's face was an assault.

The face-holding was part of the scene as directed and performed.

Craig McLachlan held C1's face briefly, gently, with one hand.

When Craig was called to give evidence about the performance that took place on May 9, 2014, he said the following.
