friends of mine who I'd done their breakfast shows with countless times over the decades, I have to listen to them going, disgraced actor, Craig McLaughlin.

These are two breakfast hosts who I used to co-host the show when one of them was sick and on and on and on.

And you expect that you can walk out gathered, your thoughts centered, your emotions in check and go, well, I've just discovered who these people are.
