As I've said many times publicly and maybe all the young people listening at home, he's the best trainer I've ever seen.
So if you want to be a good player, you've got to train like one.
School holidays, get down and watch him train.
I made sure today that our players didn't take for granted what he does.
And maybe you can get a little bit of like, oh yeah, he's at 39 and kicked a goal.
Yeah, he does that most weeks.
But I showed most of these highlights to our playing group to show the gratitude and appreciation of what we've got in our building.
So we don't walk past it and not reward this sort of behaviour.
And I said to him that not many can do this in front of Pendles and Steele and all these players that have done it for a long time.
what we're getting to witness right in front of our eyes is pretty special.
You mean side, not steel.
A couple of weeks, maybe.
I was hoping for the Hawthorne game.
Sorry, we were...
Yeah, we're ambitious around that and we'll see how that progresses through training.
Degoe back this week, hopefully side bottom.
Yeah, but we've got a couple of young guys that are showing some things as well.
Oscar Steen in the ruck and young Hayes did some nice things and Gus Anderson is showing some signs he's capable of playing.
So along this journey of improvement, we're growing and I don't feel like we're stuck, but we've got work to do.
