Coming up this morning, we're going to be having a look at the Gold Coast, which is marching ahead with a surge in property prices.

With some analysts predicting median house price growth is expected to continue its rapid growth ahead.

and rise by 19% through to June of 2024, taking the median house price to $915,000.

Actually, last year showed Surface Paradise was the number one suburb in Australia for property turnover, with Southport and Broadbeach also making the top 20.

And unfortunately, I have one of those would have, could have missed opportunities from a Gold Coast property that I'm going to share with you this morning, even though it pains me to talk about it.

But I think all of us have got at least one of these stories to tell.

You might have heard about this, a Gold Coast mansion hoping to fetch $30 million, and the vendor described as an international businessman who had only spent 10 nights at the waterfront estate.
