That is a nice piece of history coming out of Braidwood.

Now, while some areas are sweating on prices, Braidwood seems to be holding strong.

Can you give us the median price and what's been happening with the housing situation?

We should talk about the geography of the area because you're only an hour from the capital of Canberra and just 45 minutes from the coast of Batemans Bay.

It's why you probably see so many cashed up tree changes flocking into the area, right?

And you've also got them from Sydney.

Yeah, it certainly sounds bigger than what people might imagine.

And because the RBA is such a talking point, you've got these people from Sydney, they've got cash in their pocket.

So that interest rate proof market, which is insulated from the RBA, that's a nice sort of situation to be in, I would imagine.
