They're not just looking for a house.
They're looking for this lifestyle change.
And probably more important, as I touched on before the break, they've got the capital to make it happen.
That is a really good fundamental point because the older generation, they are looking for medical services in so many of these regional areas.
Some have actually been forced to move into these regional areas because they cannot afford to buy elsewhere.
They are ageing, but there are no facilities, medical facilities to look after them.
