Now, just before we go, I want you to tell us a little bit about a couple of things that people might be surprised about.

They didn't know beforehand.

They bought, they start living in your area.

What would a couple of those things be, do you think?

Now, you mentioned all those communities.

I would imagine there would be maybe a little bit of flavour for country music in your town.

What sort of music are you into?

You say that there's over 90 of those community groups.

Maybe there's a few country groups.

Yeah, it's something that regionals definitely attract, and that is the creativity.

People that are creative, they tend to flock to the outer areas, particularly regionals.
