Yeah, so what do you think is likely to happen from the RBA in the 2026 year?

We should just touch on the regionals from last year because the 2025 pricing, it didn't slow down.

No surprise.

We have seen the regional pricing over the last five years just go from slow, medium, and then it's to where it is now.

2026, I can't see how the regional areas are going to slow in any way, shape, or form.
