Girl warfare and all that kind of a thing, and they would mention that.

in the context or it never seemed like they were trying to show that they had an experience that was better than us.

It was bigger and all that kind of a thing because of the World War, as opposed to, you know, Indochina.

But there was so much I got from them.

And Novi was one

But they never bragged about it, talked about it, really.

This is a thing that they knew and they did.

They experienced and went through.

And there were lessons to be learned if you, as a young guy, would talk to them about it.

And they'd say, you know, I went through something like that.

But there were people, it's like my own father.

He did the entire war against the Japanese, you know, and never talked about it.
