The Islamic State group released an audio message on Saturday that attacks Syria's interim president and it urges supporters to strike Jewish and Western targets across the world.
The audio is the first to be released by the group in months.
It comes after IS was blamed for attacks that left dozens of people dead or wounded in recent months in Syria, Iraq, Pakistan and elsewhere.

President Trump announced on Saturday that he's increasing his new temporary global tariffs from the 10 percent amount he announced on Friday to 15 percent.
The action is in response to Friday's Supreme Court ruling that found he overstepped his authority last year when he set double-digit tariffs on most all imports into the U.S.
